Our Why
We strongly believe that having easy access to the right information at the right time is key for ourleaders to make informed decisions and act with confidence.

By focusing our efforts on the specific needs and systems of our clients, we continue to explore all avenues to innovate and map the necessary regulatory steps that add value and insights to our client's outcomes.
In early 2002 Bay completed a project with the Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Mines (now Department of Environment and Heritage Protection) that led to the creation of our Ministerial and Executive Correspondence solution - MINCOR.
In early 2003 Bay implemented a Case and Investigation Management system into the Compliance unit of the Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Water. This implementation lead to the creation of a COTS solution now employed by a number of other Australian Federal, State and Local government bodies, called CIRAM.
Today we are among a handful of elite software suppliers to the regulatory market. Such agencies as the Queensland Departments of Science, Information Technology, Innovation and the Arts, Community Safety, Department of Public Works and Housing and Brisbane City Council, to name a few, trust Bay Technologies as their preferred supplier for regulatory and compliance systems.
